ブログの投稿で画像を入れたい場合

フォトショップなどの画像ソフトがない場合は

フリーのソフトを使ってできます。

フリーソフト「縮小専用」 です。

（パソコン教室くりっくさんのブログで紹介されてました。 ）

縮小専用

長辺を450ピクセルにするときは、上記のような設定で

30ＫＢくらいまで圧縮してくれます。
